Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept PayPal, Paymex, Visa, MasterCard, and direct / internet banking
Q. How do I pay via internet banking?
A. Complete your shopping online, during the checkout process on the payment page select direct credit / internet banking as the payment option. You will be given the total to pay and the bank account number to pay once you confirm the order. You will also receive a confirmation email with the total and bank account details.
Q. If I pay via internet banking how do you match my payment to my order?
A. If you can add your order number to the reference field that helps a lot however if you can't don't worry about it we match the payment amount and date if there is any confusion we just send a quick email to check, if you like you can also email us to let us know you have made the payment which also will help. Normally thought you really don't need to do anything other than the transfer as it is very rare for us to receive orders for the same amount and of course if we do we normally expect to see two payments anyway.
Q. Can I pay with the NZ post Prezzy card?
A. Yes. Since this is a pre-paid Visa credit card you can use it at Blue55. Want to know more? click here.
Q. Do your prices include G.S.T?
A. Yes. The price you see while browsing is what it will be when you checkout!

Q. How fast will I get my new sex toys?
A. Very Fast. Since we import the products specially for you, we are able to deliver your nre products to you in 7-14 days.
Q. How fast will I get my order if I pay by internet banking?
A. Fast. Internet banking payments normally show the next working day. Your order is processed the day the funds show in our account.
Q. Can you ship to my PO Box?
A. Yes, however we only ship to PO Box addresses if you pay with cheque, internet banking or for long term customers. (not paypal paymex or credit cards)
Q. Is your name all over the packaging? / Can people tell what I have ordered?
A. No. Blue55 is not written on the packaging. All packaging is plain box or courier bag with only your address and delivery details.

Privacy / Discretion Questions
Q. Will you tell anybody what I purchased?
A. No. Since we don't drop ship (have someone else send you your order) we don't share your details with anyone. Since we don't have affiliates (other people pretending to have web stores that are just really us) again we don't share your details with anyone. In short it's only us here at Blue55 and we respect your privacy above all else.
Q. I have given you my phone number what will happen if / when you call?
A. We never mention anything without first confirming we are speaking with the person on the order. If you like you can use a code word in the order comments or on our mail order form, that way we will not discuss any details until you have given us the code word.
